Trump To Supercharge Mass Deportations by Invoking 200-Year-Old Law

Now this is what leadership looks like. While the left is busy crying about “compassion” for people who broke our laws, President Trump is rolling up his sleeves and preparing to use every legal tool at his disposal to protect American citizens. And that includes invoking the Alien Enemies Act—a rarely used law from 1798 that gives the president the authority to detain and deport noncitizens from hostile nations.

And let’s be honest: considering the absolute invasion at our southern border, there’s no shortage of foreign nationals in this country who pose a threat. Millions of illegal aliens have poured in under Biden’s open-border catastrophe, bringing crime, drugs, and gang violence with them. This isn’t immigration—it’s an invasion.

The Alien Enemies Act was originally passed under President John Adams to deal with foreign threats, and it’s been used in times of war—like during the War of 1812 and both World Wars. So, naturally, the left is already foaming at the mouth, screaming that President Trump using it would be “unprecedented.” But guess what? So is allowing millions of unvetted, illegal immigrants to flood into our country unchecked. So is allowing violent cartels and terror-linked organizations to operate freely on our soil. If the left wants to talk about “unprecedented,” they should start with Biden’s failures at the border.

President Trump has promised to launch the largest deportation operation in American history, and now, with the legal and national security framework in place, it looks like he’s making good on that promise. In January, his administration officially declared a national emergency at the border, deployed troops, and began labeling cartel organizations as foreign terrorist organizations. And now? He’s taking the next step by cracking down on the worst of the worst—including members of the Tren de Aragua gang, a violent criminal syndicate that originated in Venezuela and has been wreaking havoc across Latin America and the U.S.

Of course, the mainstream media will frame this as some sort of human rights violation. But the truth is, the American people want this. A new CNN poll (yes, CNN of all places) shows that President Trump’s immigration policies have majority support, with 51% of Americans approving of his handling of the issue. That’s a seven-point increase from his first term. Why? Because Americans have had enough of the lawlessness.

An official announcement could come as early as Friday, and you can bet the Democrats will throw every legal challenge they can at it. But that won’t stop President Trump from doing what’s right—because when it comes to securing this nation, he will not back down.
