Trump Crushes Biden’s Deep State Scheme and Shady Backroom Deals

President Trump is once again cleaning up Biden’s mess, and this time, he’s taking aim at the last-minute deals that were designed to tie his hands before he even walked back into the White House. On Friday, Trump is expected to sign a memo that cancels the collective bargaining agreements (CBAs) rammed through by the Biden administration in its final days. In other words, Biden’s desperate attempt to protect lazy, remote federal workers is about to get shredded.

Trump’s memo will direct all federal agencies to reject these shady, last-minute agreements, which were conveniently put in place to make sure thousands of bureaucrats never had to return to the office. Biden’s team knew what was coming—Trump’s plan to bring efficiency and accountability back to the federal government—and they tried to lock in agreements that would keep the Swamp comfortable for years to come. Too bad for them, Trump isn’t playing along.

According to the White House, Biden’s CBAs were a blatant attempt to govern from beyond the grave. “These CBAs attempt to prevent President Trump from implementing his promises to the American people, such as returning Federal employees to the office to make government operate more efficiently,” a White House fact sheet stated. Translation: Biden tried to keep his army of do-nothing bureaucrats sitting at home, collecting paychecks for watching Netflix, and Trump is putting an end to it.

One of the most ridiculous deals Biden’s administration made was with the Social Security Administration, which promised its 42,000 employees that they wouldn’t have to return to the office under a Trump presidency. Excuse me? Since when do government employees get to just not show up for work because they don’t like who’s in charge? Biden and his union buddies thought they could lock that in before leaving office, but Trump’s new memo makes it clear: Not happening.

And let’s not forget, this memo isn’t just about fixing Biden’s blunders—it’s about making sure no future Democrat president can pull the same stunt. The new rule prohibits federal agencies from signing CBAs during the last 30 days of a president’s term, stopping future administrations from sabotaging incoming leaders.

For federal employees who don’t like the idea of actually going back to work? Well, they have an option: quit. OPM has already given them a generous “resignation with full benefits” option until September 30. In the real world, no private company would offer that kind of deal—but in Biden’s bloated bureaucracy, that’s just another Tuesday.

Bottom line? Trump is doing what he does best—taking back control from the Deep State and making government actually work for the people, not the bureaucrats.
