Obama Judge Defies Supreme Court, Orders Trump DOJ to Hand Over Docs

In an extraordinary act of judicial defiance, U.S. District Judge Edward Chen — an Obama appointee sitting in far-left San Francisco — told the Supreme Court to shove it on Monday after it ruled that President Trump could revoke Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for hundreds of thousands of Venezuelan migrants.

Despite the Supreme Court’s clear ruling that the Trump administration has the authority to rescind Biden’s mass-parole amnesty scam, Judge Chen is still pushing his activist agenda. In a court order that’s raising serious constitutional concerns, Chen demanded the Trump Department of Justice turn over internal documents regarding the revocation by tonight, saying the Supreme Court’s ruling “is not a factor.”

That’s right — a district judge is effectively telling the highest court in the land to go pound sand.

Earlier in the day, the U.S. Supreme Court lifted a stay imposed by lower courts, giving President Trump the green light to strip TPS status from roughly 350,000 Venezuelans — most of whom were flown into the United States under Joe Biden’s disastrous CHNV parole program. That program bypassed Congress entirely, allowing Biden to use the CBP One app and other legal gymnastics to smuggle in over a million migrants.

Trump is ending the charade — and rightly so.

The Trump DOJ has argued from the start that the TPS revocations are within the administration’s legal authority, as the program was designed to offer temporary relief in times of crisis, not serve as a backdoor for mass permanent migration.

But Judge Chen isn’t interested in the law — he’s interested in obstructing President Trump at all costs.

This is the same judge who previously blocked Trump’s attempts to roll back illegal immigration policies under Biden, including parole for migrants from Nicaragua, Haiti, and Cuba. Now he’s doubling down by demanding internal documents that would give Biden’s legal team ammunition to challenge the revocations in another liberal circuit.

Never mind that one Haitian migrant flown in under Biden’s parole program is facing triple homicide charges, including the murder of two children.

Trump is done playing games. Migrants who benefited from Biden’s unconstitutional parole programs are being told to self-deport — or face arrest.

Judge Chen may think he’s a one-man Supreme Court, but he’s about to find out what happens when the actual Constitution returns to the courtroom.
