Well, it’s about time someone at the FBI finally started pulling back the curtain on what really happened on January 6th — and that someone is Kash Patel. The current FBI Director, and a longtime ally of President Trump, just made it crystal clear: real answers are coming, and some of them are going to shock people. That’s a polite way of saying the D.C. establishment hasn’t been honest — no surprise there.
During an interview on Special Report with Bret Baier, Patel addressed one of the most burning questions surrounding that day: Were there FBI sources embedded in the crowd? Not agents, not field officers — sources. And according to Patel, yes, there were. In fact, the Inspector General’s report from last year confirmed 26 confidential human sources were present outside the Capitol. Of those, three were directly assigned by the FBI to be there. One even entered the Capitol. The other two stepped into restricted areas around the building. And let’s not gloss over this fact — they were being paid by the FBI to be there.
But here’s the kicker: Patel said that what’s been disclosed so far is just “a piece of the truth.” He promises more information is on the way, and not just more of the sanitized D.C. spin. This is going to include information that contradicts what former FBI Director Christopher Wray told Congress under oath. You remember that performance — when Wray gave the classic “D.C. answer,” deflecting and dodging instead of coming clean. Patel is calling that out directly. “You as the director of the FBI need to know that and not deflect,” he said. Translation: Wray knew, and he played dumb.
Let’s be real — we’ve been fed more conspiracy theories against the January 6th protestors than there were in Oliver Stone’s JFK. And for years, the left has used that day as an excuse to weaponize the federal government against political opponents. But now, the actual truth is creeping out from the shadows. Patel is reopening the books on not just January 6th, but on the mysterious pipe bombs left outside DNC and RNC offices and even that “mysterious” bag of cocaine found in the Biden White House. Imagine that — an FBI director who actually investigates everyone equally.
Brace yourself, because what’s coming could finally blow the lid off the D.C. narrative. And something tells me, the establishment isn’t going to like it one bit.
