The FBI is up to its old tricks again—stalling, stonewalling, and refusing to hand over crucial evidence in one of the most suspicious unsolved m*rders in modern political history. Attorney Ty Clevenger, who has been relentlessly pursuing the truth about the Seth Rich case for years, is still being denied access to records that could blow the lid off one of the biggest scandals of the past decade. The FBI’s refusal to comply with court orders is beyond suspicious—it’s a cover-up in plain sight. Kash Patel cannot be sworn in as FBI Director soon enough.
For those who have conveniently forgotten (or for those who only get their news from CNN), Seth Rich was a DNC operative who was mysteriously m*rdered in Washington, D.C., in July 2016. His m*rder was quickly brushed aside as a “botched robbery,” despite the fact that nothing was taken from him—his wallet, phone, and valuables remained untouched. This happened just weeks before WikiLeaks released thousands of leaked DNC emails that exposed corruption, collusion, and backroom dealings between the Clinton campaign and the media.
The official narrative, of course, was that “Russian hackers” provided WikiLeaks with the emails. But what if that was a lie? What if the emails weren’t hacked at all, but leaked from within the DNC itself? Julian Assange himself strongly implied that Seth Rich was the source, offering a reward for information about his m*rder. That should have sent alarm bells ringing, but instead, the media and intelligence agencies shut down any conversation about it.
For years, the FBI and DOJ insisted they had nothing on Seth Rich. They denied possessing any records, any laptops, any emails—until they were caught lying. In September 2023, a judge finally ordered the FBI to turn over everything they had. And what was the FBI’s response? They asked for 66 years to release the information, essentially admitting they had been lying all along.
Then in November 2023, a federal judge ruled that the FBI must release Seth Rich’s laptop and other evidence. And yet, here we are in 2025, and Chris Wray’s FBI is still defying court orders. Why? What’s on that laptop that they are so desperate to keep hidden?
(2/5) On August 16, 2024, Judge Amos Mazzant ordered the FBI to process and produce records from Seth's electronic devices not later than February 7, 2025. A few weeks later, in order to expedite things before the election…

(4/5) When the FBI first suggested last week that it might need more time, I asked again if it could just produce file names and metadata. The FBI did not respond. Today it just asked for another 30 days, but it did not address file names and metadata…

(5/5) In fairness, the FBI is "only" asking for another 30 days, but I've been doing this for almost 8 years. I know what happens next: the FBI creates another delay. Enough is enough. It's time for @Kash_Patel to be confirmed so he can can light a fire under these people.

Could it be that the FBI knew all along that the emails weren’t hacked by Russia? That the entire Trump-Russia collusion hoax was built on a lie? And that Seth Rich’s death was no random crime but a politically motivated hit to silence him?
The American people deserve the truth. The Senate must confirm Kash Patel as FBI Director, and when he takes over, he needs to expose every last fact about this scandal. No more lies. No more cover-ups. It’s time to pull back the curtain on the Deep State’s corruption once and for all.
