BREAKING: Trump and DeSantis Unveil Bold New Plan for Rapid Deportations

President Trump and Florida Governor Ron DeSantis have announced a groundbreaking plan to tackle what they describe as the overwhelming backlog in America’s broken immigration system — and it’s sending shockwaves through the open-borders crowd.

The major sticking point with mass deportations has always been the slow, bloated court process. Under current rules, illegal immigrants are entitled to “due process” hearings before a judge — a process that can drag on for months or even years, leaving millions of deportation orders stalled in the system.

That’s about to change.

Standing side by side at Florida’s newest detention facility, nicknamed “Alligator Alcatraz,” Trump and DeSantis revealed that Florida will begin deputizing National Guard members to serve as immigration judges, fast-tracking deportation hearings to as little as 24 to 48 hours.

“We’re done playing games,” Trump declared. “We have millions here illegally, and we’re going to start sending them home — fast.”

DeSantis added, “We can’t allow bureaucratic red tape to keep our communities unsafe. If Washington won’t fix it, Florida will.”

The plan leverages emergency powers granted to states during national security crises. Under the proposal, members of the Florida National Guard will receive expedited legal training and authority to preside over immigration cases within state borders, drastically reducing the time from arrest to removal.

The move could set a powerful precedent for other Republican-led states, particularly border states like Texas and Arizona, where illegal crossings have overwhelmed resources.

Trump hinted that red states nationwide could follow Florida’s lead, creating a rapid-deportation system that bypasses traditional courts bogged down by activist judges and endless appeals.

Immigration hardliners have praised the proposal, calling it a long-overdue solution to the legal loopholes that have allowed millions of illegal immigrants to stay indefinitely. Critics, however, are already questioning the legality of deploying state-level immigration judges, suggesting lawsuits are inevitable.

But with border encounters reaching historic highs — over 10 million under the Biden administration — many see bold action as the only option.

“This is how we take our country back,” Trump said.

If implemented widely, the new system could lead to same-day deportations becoming the norm in Republican strongholds — a nightmare scenario for the open-borders lobby and a game-changer in America’s immigration fight.
