BREAKING: Multiple Bidens Referred for Criminal Prosecution

In a bombshell move that could have major political repercussions, multiple House Committees have issued criminal referrals for Hunter Biden and James Biden, accusing them of lying to Congress. This dramatic step marks an escalation in the ongoing scrutiny of the Biden family’s business dealings and alleged influence peddling activities.

The criminal referrals were spearheaded by some of the most prominent Republican figures in the House: James Comer (R-KY) of the Oversight and Accountability Committee, Jim Jordan (R-OH) of the Judiciary Committee, and Jason Smith (R-MO) of the Ways and Means Committee. The accusations against Hunter and James Biden center on purported false statements made to Congress, allegedly aimed at concealing Joe Biden’s involvement in their international business schemes.

“Our investigation has revealed Biden knew about, participated in, and benefited from his family cashing in on the Biden name around the world,” said Rep. Comer. He added that despite the evidence, President Biden continues to mislead the American public regarding his participation in these activities. “It appears making false statements runs in the Biden family,” Comer declared.

According to the findings of the committees, Hunter and James Biden’s alleged lies were intended to cover up Joe Biden’s involvement in their lucrative international ventures. These ventures reportedly generated millions of dollars, raising serious questions about potential conflicts of interest during Joe Biden’s tenure as Vice President.

Rep. Jordan emphasized the gravity of the situation, stating, “Lying to Congress is a serious crime with serious consequences. Both Hunter and James Biden did just that to cover up President Biden’s involvement.”

The Republicans’ allegations date back to Joe Biden’s vice presidency under President Obama. They argue that Biden used his position to influence foreign affairs to favor his son’s business interests, particularly in Ukraine. Hunter Biden’s role on the board of Burisma, a Ukrainian energy company, has been a focal point of these allegations. Republicans point to a video where Joe Biden discusses pressuring Ukraine to fire its top prosecutor, who was investigating corruption, including matters related to Burisma, by threatening to withhold U.S. loan guarantees.

The committee’s findings suggest the Biden family and their associates accumulated over $45 million through international dealings, with $8 million in unreimbursed loans to Hunter and James Biden further muddying the waters of legitimate business activities.

Rep. Smith warned of the potential implications for justice in the U.S., saying, “President Biden claims no one is above the law. We will soon see his Department of Justice put that principle to the test.” He cautioned against a double standard that could erode public trust, stating, “If the Department of Justice fails to act on our criminal referral and hold Hunter Biden accountable, they will once again be telling the American people there are two tiers of justice in this country. One for the wealthy and politically connected, and one for everyone else.”

Specific examples cited in the referrals include Hunter Biden’s denial of holding a position at Rosemont Seneca Bohai, which was later disproven by documents, and misleading narratives about threatening messages sent to a Chinese business partner. Similarly, James Biden is accused of falsely denying that Joe Biden met with Tony Bobulinski, a business associate, in 2017, a claim contradicted by testimony and text messages. All eyes will be on the Department of Justice to see how it responds to these serious allegations and whether it will take action against the Bidens.
