An explosive device was reportedly found near President Trump’s rally venue in Uniondale, New York. During a routine K9 sweep, Nassau County police discovered the device in a vehicle, whose driver fled into the nearby woods. This incident comes on the heels of another assassination attempt just months earlier, when shots were fired at Trump’s West Palm Beach golf club. Yet, Trump’s rally proceeded as planned, with thousands of supporters in attendance, undeterred by the ongoing threats.
Sources in the Nassau County Police Department just told me that "the perimeter was breached and a blue barrel was removed" from the area surrounding tonight's Trump rally site.

UPDATE: Since the time of this initial writing, more reports came in contradicting this information. Nassau police report: “We did respond to a suspicious occurrence in the vicinity of the Nassau Coliseum, however there was no validity of an explosive device being found. […] we’re unsure where this information originated, but we can confirm that no explosives were discovered.”
But let’s not pretend this isn’t getting ridiculous. The man faces constant threats, both physical and political. While the media is off chasing non-stories about Trump’s tax returns, he’s dodging actual violence. The timing is suspicious, too, with Trump surging in popularity as the 2024 election looms, all while Democrats and their allies in the Deep State are clearly panicking. It’s almost as if someone’s trying to send a message, huh?
Despite the violent attempt on his life and his relentless prosecution, Trump keeps going—because he knows what’s at stake, and his supporters sure do too. Thousands of people showed up to hear him speak in deep-blue New York, of all places. Trump’s message continues to resonate, and that’s exactly why these attacks—whether it’s bombs, bullets, or bogus indictments—just keep coming.
Yet, where’s the media? CNN, MSNBC, and the rest of the usual suspects are too busy drumming up anti-Trump narratives to cover actual news. If this happened at a Biden rally (assuming anyone would even show up), it would be all we’d hear about for weeks. But when it’s Trump, it’s a collective shrug. It’s par for the course at this point—if it doesn’t fit the narrative, it doesn’t get coverage.
