Biden Reportedly Weighing Preemptive Pardons – Here’s Who’s on the List

Well, well, well. It seems like Joe Biden is already planning his “Get Out of Jail Free” strategy for the Democrats’ greatest hits parade of scandals. According to a Politico report, Biden’s aides are mulling over preemptive pardons for some of the most controversial players in recent political history. These aren’t your run-of-the-mill bureaucrats—they’re the headliners of the Russian collusion hoax, the January 6 circus, and the pandemic response debacle. If true, this reeks of panic. Biden’s team is apparently more worried about incoming investigations under Trump’s DOJ 2.0 than they are about maintaining even the faintest illusion of accountability.

Let’s start with Adam Schiff. This guy spent years telling anyone with a camera and a pulse that he had “indisputable evidence” of Trump colluding with Russia. Spoiler alert: the evidence never materialized. Even Robert Mueller—after a 22-month, multimillion-dollar fishing expedition—couldn’t back Schiff’s wild claims. And now, Schiff might get a pardon for… what, exactly? Lying on national TV? Misleading the public? Or is it just a little insurance policy in case those lies cross into criminal territory? Either way, Schiff’s crocodile tears about not wanting a pardon are as believable as his dossier intel.

Then there’s Liz Cheney, the Democrats’ favorite “Republican” (heavy air quotes here). Cheney spearheaded the sham January 6 Committee, which was so partisan it made MSNBC look like Fox News. Remember when Kevin McCarthy wasn’t allowed to appoint Republicans to the committee? That’s not a bipartisan investigation; that’s a Democrat echo chamber. The committee’s antics—like cherry-picked footage and laughable testimony from Cassidy Hutchinson—were less about justice and more about crafting a primetime soap opera. Now Cheney’s career is in ruins, and Biden might toss her a lifeline in the form of a pardon. Convenient, isn’t it?

And of course, Dr. Anthony Fauci could also make the list. Fauci, the “trust the science” mascot, has faced accusations of misleading Congress and the public about the pandemic’s origins, vaccine effectiveness, and gain-of-function research. With more lawmakers calling for an investigation into his NIH dealings, it’s no wonder Biden’s legal team might want to shield him from future scrutiny.

If Biden’s team is seriously considering these preemptive pardons, it’s a glaring admission of guilt—an acknowledgment that these folks might have crossed some serious legal and ethical lines. If there’s “nothing to hide,” as Democrats love to preach, why even entertain this idea? It’s almost as if they know what’s coming and are scrambling to lock the escape hatch.
