Biden Admin Broke Federal Law to Hide Stunning New Report

So much for transparency from the Biden administration.

Back in January 2021, when Joe Biden took office promising to “heal a broken land,” Americans assumed that meant more honesty, accountability, and trust in government. Instead, we’re learning that his administration quietly buried a report that could’ve answered critical questions about a highly sensitive international event — one involving U.S. service members, foreign travel, and apparent signs of a brewing health crisis months before the rest of the world caught on.

The report in question? A short but explosive two-page document commissioned by Congress and finalized in 2022. It detailed how several American military personnel reported serious respiratory symptoms after attending the World Military Games in Wuhan in late 2019. Congress specifically ordered that this report be made available to the public — online, in a searchable format. But instead of complying with that law, the Biden administration kept it hidden, quietly sharing it only with a few congressional committees while leaving the rest of the nation in the dark.

It wasn’t until officials tied to the Trump administration uploaded it to a Department of Defense website that anyone outside of D.C. even knew it existed.

And let’s be clear — this wasn’t some random fitness event in a foreign country. The games were held just miles from a lab conducting controversial research funded in part by American agencies. The information in the report seriously undercuts earlier statements made by top Biden officials, including then-National Security Advisor John Kirby, who claimed there was “no knowledge” of U.S. personnel falling ill during that period. Now, whistleblowers and recovered documents suggest otherwise.

Professor Richard Ebright of Rutgers University called the cover-up “an outrage” and said the data could have changed the timeline of key intelligence assessments. Senator Joni Ernst echoed the sentiment, stating that the American people were denied information that could’ve fundamentally reshaped the narrative pushed by both politicians and the media.

Here’s the bottom line: the Biden administration had information that raised serious questions about what really happened during a pivotal global moment. Instead of informing the public, they suppressed it — possibly to protect political interests, or to avoid uncomfortable truths about what U.S. agencies were involved in overseas.

Whatever the motive, one thing is clear: this wasn’t about public health or safety. It was about keeping a lid on something that didn’t fit the official story. And that should concern every American.
