Actor Reveals Large Number of Supporters in Hollywood “I Know it to Be True”

It turns out not every Hollywood actor worships at the altar of woke progressivism — some just have the common sense to keep their mouths shut. That’s the takeaway from actor Zachary Levi’s latest interview, where the “Shazam” star revealed that a whole lot more celebrities support President Trump than you’d think — they’re just too scared to say it out loud.

In an interview with Variety, Levi talked about the blacklisting culture in Hollywood that makes it career suicide to admit you might be right-of-center, let alone pro-Trump. “I know it to be true because I’ve gotten messages from lots of people who I won’t name but who were very grateful to me for taking the stand that I took,” he said. “And also they would tell me, ‘I want to do that, but I’m so afraid.’”

Afraid. That’s what it’s come to in Hollywood — the land of free speech and bold expression. The town that used to celebrate rebels and outcasts now punishes anyone who doesn’t parrot the DNC’s talking points. If you even hint at supporting Trump, or dare to say something sane like “maybe kids shouldn’t be pumped full of hormones,” the pitchforks come out.

Levi isn’t naïve about the consequences either. “I know that there are people that would prefer not to work with me now because of my opinions,” he admitted. “My team has let me know.” In other words, telling the truth is costly — even when you’re a bankable lead in a superhero franchise.

It’s no coincidence Levi is taking his talents to Texas, far away from the coastal elite echo chamber. He’s raising $40 million to build a $100 million full-service movie studio, Wyldwood Studios, on 75 acres in Austin. Levi’s vision? A complex with soundstages, amphitheaters, and farm-to-table dining — and maybe more importantly, a place where independent thought isn’t punished.

And yes, President Trump’s proposed 100% tariffs on productions that ship work overseas would be a game-changer for that kind of operation. Trump wants to bring back jobs, boost American industries — even in entertainment. Levi is betting on that kind of America-first vision.

Hollywood’s grip on the culture is slipping. Between Trump-supporting rappers, fearless fighters, and now high-profile actors quietly nodding from behind the curtain, the dam is starting to crack. And Zachary Levi’s not waiting around for permission — he’s building something new.

That’s how revolutions start. Quietly. Then all at once.
