Deranged Leftist Behind Tesla Arsons Caught—Wait Until You See This Guy

Attorney General Pam Bondi is not playing games—and for good reason. On Monday, the Justice Department announced the arrest and charging of Jamison Wagner, a 40-year-old man suspected of launching two politically motivated arson attacks in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Wagner is now staring down the barrel of up to 40 years in federal prison, and frankly, that might not be enough.

The charges stem from two separate attacks that investigators say were clearly politically driven. The first occurred on February 9, when Wagner allegedly firebombed a Tesla dealership, damaging multiple vehicles and scrawling anti-Tesla and anti-Elon Musk graffiti. The second attack came on March 30, when Wagner reportedly targeted the Republican Party of New Mexico’s state headquarters, leaving behind a message in bright red spray paint. You can see that message in the X post below.

Fortunately, nobody was injured in either attack, but let’s not kid ourselves—this wasn’t some edgy street art. This was domestic terrorism.

Bondi made it clear there will be no leniency. In a post on X, she stated: “We will be prosecuting to the fullest extent of the law. We are seeking up to 40 years in prison—no negotiating.” That’s the kind of backbone leadership this country needs more of.

A raid on Wagner’s home turned up exactly the kind of materials you’d expect from a wannabe anarchist: fire-starting devices, black and red spray paint, and stencils that match the graffiti left at the scene. Oh, and a helpful little phrase reading which was also present at the scene of the crime. Because nothing screams rational debate like equating federal law enforcement with white supremacists while tossing Molotov cocktails.

Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche put it perfectly: “Hurling firebombs is not political protest. It is a dangerous felony.” He also warned anyone thinking about imitating this kind of radical behavior: “We are coming for you, you can’t hide, and you will do serious jail time to pay for your crimes.”

This case highlights a growing trend: left-wing violence masquerading as activism, especially targeting institutions tied to President Trump, law enforcement, or anyone who dares to associate with American values. Elon Musk’s support for free speech and his work with the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) has clearly made him a target—but thankfully, this administration is treating these acts for what they are: terrorism.

Wagner’s detention hearing is set for Wednesday, but the verdict is already clear: arson and political violence will not be tolerated—and if you bring firebombs, expect to get burned.
